Return & Refund Policy

At Vita’s Creations, many of our items are handmade or produced in small batches. Because of the nature of these products, we handle returns carefully to ensure fairness for both our customers and our small business.

Returns

Most purchases are final sale, unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

Once we review the situation, we will gladly work with you to find the best solution. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Handmade or made-to-order products

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Digital downloads

  • Subscription or mail club shipments once they have been shipped

Correspondence Society Mail Club

Each Correspondence Society package is curated and prepared specifically for that month’s mailing.

Because of this, mail club packages cannot be refunded once they have shipped. However, if your package arrives damaged, please reach out within 3 days of delivery, and we will gladly help.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once an order has entered production or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
