Vita’s Creations is a small independent business specializing in handmade accessories, stationery, and curated creative products. Many of our items are made to order, which means production times may vary.By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Orders

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.Because many of our products are handmade or produced in small batches:

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer

  • Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

3. Correspondence Society Mail Club

The Correspondence Society is a monthly mailed stationery experience.

By subscribing or purchasing:

  • Monthly letters are prepared and shipped by the 25th of each month

  • Delivery typically takes up to 7 days within the United States, depending on USPS delivery times

  • International delivery times may vary

Because each month’s package is curated and produced specifically for members, mail club purchases are non-refundable once shipped.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated.

Please note:

  • Vita’s Creations is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS

  • Once an order has been marked as shipped, the responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier

  • If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact USPS directly to file a claim

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products and the custom nature of many items:All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defectiveIf there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of deliveryWe are always happy to work with customers to resolve legitimate issues.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, images, and content created by Vita’s Creations are the intellectual property of the brand and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Artwork

  • Sticker designs

  • Stationery designs

  • Digital content

  • Brand imagery

7. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.You must not transmit any viruses, malicious code, or harmful content through the website.

8. Pricing

All prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice.We reserve the right to:
