Thank you so much for supporting Vita’s Creations. As a small independent business, many of our items are made or prepared in small batches, and we take great care in packing each order.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 3–4 business days.

Because many of our products are handmade or made to order, processing times may occasionally vary during busy periods.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Correspondence Society Mail Club

For members of the Correspondence Society, monthly letters are prepared and shipped by the 25th of each month.

Most deliveries within the United States arrive within about 7 days, depending on USPS delivery times.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are typically shipped through USPS unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and may occasionally vary.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier (typically USPS).

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend first checking with your local post office or contacting USPS for additional details.

If you believe your package may have been lost in the mail, please reach out to us. While we cannot control the postal service, we truly value our customers and will always do our best to help and work with you to find a solution whenever possible.
